Cancellation Policy

Daycare Policies 📅 Booking Process Daycare reservations must be made through the booking calendar on our website. All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Availability is limited, so we recommend reserving your spot early! 💰 Rate & Capacity Daycare: $65 per day Add-ons: Not available for daycare Daily Capacity: Maximum of 5 dogs per day total, including daycare and lodging guests ⏰ Drop-Off and Pickup Standard drop-off is between 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM, and pickup is between 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM. If you require an early drop-off or late pickup: $25 for 30–60 minutes early or late $45 for more than 60 minutes early or late Please coordinate these requests in advance. Space is limited and confirmation is required. ❗ Cancellations & No-Shows Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice or no-shows will incur a 50% cancellation fee. 📝 What to Bring Please bring only: A leash and harness Any necessary medications (with instructions) 🐾 Health & Behavior Requirements To ensure the safety and well-being of all our guests: All dogs must be up-to-date on the following vaccinations: Rabies Bordetella Puppy Distemper A fecal test date must be provided Dogs must be flea-free, in good health, and non-aggressive First-time daycare guests are required to upload proof of vaccinations and fecal test date when booking through the calendar system.
