🏠 In-Home Training Let’s turn good dogs into great dogs—right from the comfort of home! Joi brings personalized training straight to your doorstep, making it easy for your pup to learn in a space where they already feel safe and confident. With a focus on building trust, boosting confidence, and brushing up on good manners, each session is tailored to fit your dog’s unique personality and needs. Whether you're working on the basics or fine-tuning their social skills, Joi's got you covered. 📅 One-on-one sessions run once a week for 5 weeks 🦴 Training days: Fridays & Saturdays Choose the training plan that suits your pup best, then hop over to the calendar to book your sessions! Let the learning (and tail wagging) begin. 🐕💫 To get started, purchase the training plan that best suits your pup's current needs (if you don't know, please contact me and we can discuss!) Once purchased, go to the booking calendar and select the day and time to schedule your first session. ***If you would like to schedule multiple sessions, add all desired booking slots to your cart and then check out*** To view and manage your purchased plans and scheduled bookings, head to "My Account!"
Cancellation Policy
🐾 Training Policy Location: All training sessions are conducted in the client’s home. Some training plans are designed to begin in-home and transition to public settings as the dog progresses. One Dog Per Plan: Each training plan is designed for one dog only. A separate plan must be purchased for additional dogs. Health & Behavior Disclosure: Clients are required to disclose any known health conditions or behavioral concerns at the time of booking. This helps ensure the safety and effectiveness of the training process. Homework & Participation: Daily homework and follow-through between sessions are essential to your dog’s success. Clients who do not practice outside of sessions may see limited results. Booking & Cancellations: Clients must be logged in to their account to schedule. Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations are 50% refundable if at least 2 sessions have been completed. Otherwise, no refunds are issued. Clients may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance. No-shows are non-refundable. Right to Refuse Service: Joi reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if a dog shows signs of aggression or if necessary information is not provided.
